We live in denial of our sin.
The word [and concept] of “sin” has seemed to disappear from society.
We fail to deal with the sin dwelling within us, and so it spreads like cancer

The Gospel is Only for Sinners
The first use of the gospel as a remedy for our sins is to plow the ground of our hearts os that we can see our sin

The gospel motivates and energizes me to deal with my sin, as God is for me, and I am not alone → Felt and helped by the Holy Spirit to fight
