Is This It?

In Is This It?, Rachel Jones reveals the difference Jesus makes. Speaking directly from her own quarter-life crisis, Jones shows that God is still good when life is disappointing and you don’t have everything figured out.

Young Adulthood

Written with candor, this book is a guide to the complexities and emotions that come with being a young adult. Jones tackles everything from dissatisfaction to self-doubt, offering a biblical perspective and truth to tether your soul.

I was most moved by the chapter on singleness. Jones challenges her readers to be okay with being single today, trusting that God provides new mercies every morning. While not perfect, she points readers to the church community and encourages them to ask of God, knowing he will answer.

Christ in Crisis

I was most challenged by the chapter on friendships, as Jones writes honestly about the reality of loneliness in adulthood. While you might be looking for “The One” best friend, Jones points her readers to “The One” who has always known us.

With chapters on rootlessness, nostalgia and regret, and growing old, this book handles everything with care. Jones is an excellent writer, able to show how Christ calms our hearts, no matter our age or what crisis we are going through.
